I have always been a water baby, from family trips as a teenager to my monthly getaways to date, there’s nothing I love more than a dip in the pool. I especially love to swim during the early hours of the morning and whilst the sun sets. The warmth of the sun’s rays as they calm down and the crisp coolness of the water – there’s no better feeling.

I have some of my best ideas and moments of clarity when gliding through water, it’s honestly my favourite thing to do in the world. Poolside or being on a boat are my favourite ways to spend time, in truth, I am obsessed with water.

I used to swim professionally for Lincolnshire so swimming in second nature to me and I have never viewed it as exercise, it’s just like walking, for me it doesn’t count 😉 Instead, it’s in the water that I release all my anxiety for the day and focus my mind on all things positive.

Travelling so much is a blessing but I am also always working whilst I’m away so, for me it’s such and luxury and yet so important to take the time to relax and enjoy that feeling of weightlessness.
