Sawadee ka from Thailand! I’ve crossed the waters once again to explore a little more of this amazing country but before I start to fill you in with my travels I wanted to briefly catch up with you all about Fashion Week!

I was only able to attend one day of the season and if I’m honest it was all a bit of a blur last Friday amongst the madness of London Fashion Week! With only having four days back in the country I had so little time to get out and about to see shows and enjoy the usual fun atmosphere of Brewer Street, I did manage to get to a few great presentations and events that day but I am also lucky enough to have been sent some great visual wraps ups of the week and I’ve had a chance to scour through all my favourite magazines and blogs to get a feel for the up and coming fashion trends and from what I could see Spring/Summer 2017 is going to be a fun season!

The catwalks were full of vibrant fabrics and unique textures suggesting that this year is all about standing out from the crowd. Accessories were bold, metallic and embellished with pearl and studded sliders making an appearance in a number of high fashion displays and shows. I love fashion and enjoy following trends but when it comes to my job I often miss out on trends due to their practicality in my travelling wardrobe! So seeing what was essentially glitzy flip flops strut down the runway was a bit of a stylish explorer’s dream!

From the moment I saw these spangly sandals on the runway I knew I needed a pair in my life. Problem was, I had just a few days to get my hands on them before heading here to Thailand! So I hunted online and quite quickly (thank goodness!) found a pair of silver studded beauties with a gucci-esque leather fringing on topshop.com. I have always been quite dubious about buying a pair of shoes online as I’m always conscious of the fit and I also tend steer clear of shopping before a trip abroad to make sure I save all my money for the trip itself but in this case, rather than parting with my pounds a few days before my trip I chose a new payment method called Buy Now, Pay Later by Klarna.

It’s a credit account which you can opt for at the checkout rather than paying by card. Once you’ve placed an order you have 3 months to try on goods & pay and if you do so it costs you nothing extra for the service.

created an account online at Topshop and after that I placed my order and received an instant email confirmation of my purchase.
I ordered with next day delivery from Topshop at 2pm and the order arrived at 10am the next day, just in time for me to jet off!!

Luckily they fit perfect and I have been living in them since! I teamed them up with this old jumpsuit of mine by Zara, which I’ve tied at the waist with a hair bobble and these black and white sunglasses from the very same order. I also bought another pair of sunnies and a swimsuit that I am now obsessed with! All from Topshop, all ordered using Klarna.*

So wanted to write this post for you as it’s been a while since I’ve posted about fashion specifically and I thought this service might be pretty handy for you guys in the future. If you are headed out on holiday, or a last minute event crops up and it’s too far away from payday for you to splash out on something new, Klarna is a shopping lifesaver 😉

It’s also super handy if, like me, you struggle with sizing as you can order a few different sizes and then only keep the ones that fit you, it means you don’t have to part you money before you know if you are actually keeping the items. Asides from Topshop there’s a whole list of retailers that use this and their Pay After Delivery service, click here to see who.

Keep your eye on my instagram to see how else I style them 😉

Until Next Time…………Sabrina x
