Without a doubt spending a day in Positano wasย of my all time favourite days spent of 2015. Mems and I hired a small yacht and toured the best of the Almalfi coast – Sorrento, Positano and then back to Capri.

It’s truly incredible to see so many amazing places in such a short space of time. I have already told you all about Capri (Read here) in which I list how to get here and where I stayed in Capri before embarking on a day out at sea ๐Ÿ˜‰Sabrina Chakici - clutch and carry on - travel blog - positano travel blog-3Positano is truly stunning and it’s the perfect place to explore for a day, even for a few hours. We simply had lunch here and it was enough to take in all the beauty it has to offer.

We treated ourselves to a yacht for the day as we didn’t have enough time to spend more than a few hours in each place but it is easy for you to jump on a public ferry to arrive here. You can then spend the day strolling, shopping and swimming in the beautiful water.Sabrina Chakici - Clutch and Carry on - UK Fashion blogger & UK Travel Blogger - Capri Travel Blog - Capri Palace Hotel_-222

If you head into town and follow the winding road through the boutique shops then up the colourful hill you will eventually end up at Le Sireneuse. The best place in town to eat and take in these breathtaking views.

It was 32 degrees when we visited Italy (Sept 2015) so it took a lot for us to treck all the way up in the heat, we were both an absolute sewatfest when we arrived! It was so worth it though, the service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and wait, did I mention the view? ๐Ÿ˜‰

It is also a hotel – it would be an amazing place to stay if you were planning a trip to Positano.ย Sabrina Chakici - Clutch and Carry on - UK Fashion blogger & UK Travel Blogger - Capri Travel Blog - Capri Palace Hotel_-225OK – before you read on……..remember I told you it was 32 degrees? OK – so you’ll excuse my less than fresh face in this pic ๐Ÿ˜‰ I just love the colours of the image!Sabrina Chakici - Clutch and Carry on - UK Fashion blogger & UK Travel Blogger - Capri Travel Blog - Capri Palace Hotel_-219
